Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic valve 103 subjected to an inspection (acceptability determination) after adjustment of an attachment load (energization force) of a spring (energization means) 5, which can be readjusted and re-inspected even if determined as a rejected product without being discarded, and can achieve both high performance and cost reduction.SOLUTION: A plate 50 for holding a receptacle (adjusting member) 10 is detachably attached to an end part of a sleeve 3, the receptacle 10 is moved to an axial direction, an attachment load of a spring 5 is adjusted, and after that, the receptacle 10 is fixed to the plate 50 by positioning means 12. When a result of the adjustment is unacceptable by acceptability determination, the plate 50 is removed from the sleeve 3 together with the receptacle 10, and the plate 50 and the receptacle 10 are replaced with new ones, thus enabling readjustment and re-inspection. Accordingly, most of constituent components of an electromagnetic valve 103 are re-utilized, and converted to an acceptable product.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】スプリング(付勢手段)5の取付荷重(付勢力)を調整した後に検査(合否判定)を行なうものにおいて、不合格品を廃材にすることなく再調整・再検査することができようにし、性能面とコスト面とを両立させるできる電磁弁103を提供する。【解決手段】受栓(調節部材)10を担持するプレート50をスリーブ3の端部に着脱自在に取り付け、受栓10を軸方向に移動させてスプリング5の取付荷重を調整した後、受栓10を位置決め手段12によってプレート50に固定する。その調整結果が合否判定で不合格となった場合には、プレート50を受栓10共々スリーブ3から取り外し、プレート50および受栓10を新品と交換することによって、再調整・再検査が可能になる。したがって、電磁弁103の大部分の構成部品を再利用し、合格品に転換することができる。【選択図】図2
