Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table top plate in which a strength of the top plate itself is high, a joint strength with a support frame or a supporting leg is high, and its structure is simple and reduced in weight as much as possible.SOLUTION: In a top plate 2 of a flushing structure concerning the present invention, a surface material 11 and a back side material 12 are disposed separately from each other at a predetermined interval so that the spread surface is opposed. On the other hand, a support frame 5 connected with a top part of a supporting leg is mounted on the back side of the top plate 2 through a clasp 17. In the top plate 2, a clasp coupling member 13 coming into abutment with the inside spread surface of the back side material 12, while spaced apart from the inside spread surface of the surface material 11 is disposed in a portion of a gap part formed between the surface material 11 and the back side material 12. Further, fillers 14, 15 of a low density made of foamed resin such as a polyethylene foam are disposed in a portion where the clasp coupling member 13 is not present in the gap part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】天板自体の強度が高く、支持フレーム又は支持脚との結合強度が高く、かつ可及的に軽量化された簡素な構造のテーブル用天板を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係るフラッシュ構造の天板2においては、表面材11と裏面材12とが、その広がり面同士が対向するように所定の間隔を隔てて互いに離間して配置される一方、天板2の裏面に支持脚の頂部に連結された支持フレーム5が留め具17を介して取り付けられるようになっている。天板2においては、表面材11と裏面材12の間に形成された間隙部の一部に、裏面材12の内側広がり面とは当接する一方、表面材11の内側広がり面とは離間する留め具結合部材13が配設されている。そして、間隙部内において留め具結合部材13が存在しない部分に、発泡ポリエチレン等の発泡樹脂からなる低密度の充填材14、15が配置されている。【選択図】図4 |
