PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input support apparatus or the like, configured to enable appropriate use of a network, while protecting a user.SOLUTION: An input support unit 100 includes a data storage unit 150 for storing a word and an attribute of the word in association with each other. The input support unit 100 includes an analysis unit 110 which divides a text into morphemes. The analysis unit 110 determines whether an inappropriate morpheme of a specific attribute is included in the morphemes constituting the text, on the basis of information stored in the data storage unit 150.
