Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a terminal device which has moved with a display screen displayed thereon.SOLUTION: An information collection apparatus 101 acquires images captured by imaging apparatuses 103, 104, and shooting timing on when the image is captured. The information collection apparatus 101 detects a display screen of a terminal device, included in the acquired captured images. The information collection apparatus 101 identifies a terminal device corresponding to the detected display screen, on the basis of a display mode of the detected display screen. The information collection apparatus 101 determines whether the identified terminal device has moved with the display screen displayed thereon, on the basis of information on the imaging apparatus which has captured the image including the display screen of the identified terminal device in an imaging range, and imaging timing of the image.
