Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film with an adhesive layer that can suppress corrosion of a metal layer, such as a metal wiring layer and has excellent durability, and a liquid crystal display including the same.SOLUTION: There is provided an optical film with an adhesive layer comprising: an optical film; and an adhesive layer that is laminated thereon, and formed of an adhesive composition including 100 parts by weight of a (meth)acrylic resin (A), 0.08 to 2.5 parts by weight of an isocyanate crosslinking agent (B), a silane compound (C), and a predetermined ionic compound (D) represented by the formula (I), wherein the (meth)acrylic resin (A) contains a constitutional unit derived from alkyl acrylate (a1) where Tg of a homopolymer is less than 0°C and a constitutional unit derived from alkyl acrylate (a2) where Tg of a homopolymer is 0°C or more, and the optical film has a single peak within a range of a weight average molecular weight of 1000 to 2500000 on an exhaust curve in GPC.
