BACKWARD DRIVING SUPPORT DEVICE FOR COMBINATION VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backward driving support device for a combination vehicle for supporting backward driving of a combination vehicle composed of a tractor and a trailer by providing a driver with information relating to a connection angle as information related to sound during backward driving of the combination vehicle.SOLUTION: The backward driving support device for a combination vehicle composed of a traction vehicle 1 and a towed vehicle 2 includes steering angle acquisition means for acquiring a steering angle of the traction vehicle 1, and connection angle acquisition means for acquiring a connection angle being a rotation angle around a connection shaft of the towed vehicle 2 with respect to the traction vehicle 1, and supports backward driving of the combination vehicle by converting how the connection angle has changed when maintaining the present steering angle to drive the vehicle backward into information on sound, and notifying a driver of the information on sound.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 トラクタとトレーラからなる連結車両の後退運転の際に、連結角に関連する情報を、音に関連する情報として、運転者に提供することにより連結車両の後退運転を支援する連結車両の後退運転支援装置を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明は、牽引車両１と、被牽引車両２と、からなる連結車両の後退運転支援装置であって、牽引車両１の操舵角を取得する操舵角取得手段と、 牽引車両１に対する被牽引車両２の連結軸廻りの回転角である連結角を取得する連結角取得手段と、を備え、現在の操舵角を維持して車両を後退させたときの連結角の変化具合を、音に関する情報に変換し、当該音に関する情報を運転者に報知することにより、連結車両の後退運転を支援することを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
