Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer bracket for a vibration isolator of a novel structure which obtains a large weld fixation strength between a cylindrical member and an attachment member thereby having an excellent load bearing, and a vibration isolator equipped with a bracket with use of the outer bracket.SOLUTION: An outer bracket 14 for a vibration isolator comprises a cylindrical member 40 which is extrapolated and mounted to a rubber elastic body which extends to an outer periphery from an inner shaft member, and an attachment member 42 which is fixed onto an outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical member 40 and includes fastening parts 60 and 64. In the outer bracket, a notch is formed on a width direction intermediate part of a longitudinal plate part 56 constituting the attachment member 42. A part of the cylindrical member 40 on a periphery thereof is inserted into the notch, and a portion of the cylindrical member, which extends in a circumferential direction and is overlapped with the longitudinal plate part 56, is welded, and further, the cylindrical member is provided with lateral plate parts 58a and 58b, which extend in an axial direction of the cylindrical member 40 from the longitudinal plate part 56, on width direction both sides of the notch. At least one of the lateral plate parts 58a and 58b is welded at a portion overlapped with the cylindrical member 40 extending in the axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】筒状部材と取付部材の溶接固定強度を大きく得ることで耐荷重性に優れた、新規な構造の防振装置用アウタブラケットと、それを用いたブラケット付き防振装置を提供すること。【解決手段】インナ軸部材から外周へ延び出す本体ゴム弾性体に外挿装着される筒状部材40と、筒状部材40の外周面に固定されて締結部60,64を備える取付部材42とを、有する防振装置用アウタブラケット14において、取付部材42を構成する縦板部56の幅方向中間部分に切欠部が形成されており、筒状部材40が周上の一部を切欠部に差し入れられて周方向に延びる縦板部56との重ね合わせ部位を溶接されていると共に、切欠部の幅方向両側には縦板部56から筒状部材40の軸方向へ延びる横板部58a,58bが設けられており、横板部58a,58bの少なくとも一方が軸方向に延びる筒状部材40との重ね合わせ部位を溶接されている。【選択図】図3 |
