Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PHS radio communication device capable of avoiding radio wave interference detrimental to the operation of a PHS when there is a radio apparatus in a digital cordless telephone system in accordance with another system (DECT system) using the same frequency band in the communication area of a base station in a digital cordless telephone system comprising the base station and a terminal adopting a PHS system.SOLUTION: Radio standards are different between a PHS system and a DECT system, and because there is a packet whose transmission time in a slot is different in the DECT system, carrier wave detection means in the PHS system may not be able to detect the packet. Therefore, carrier wave detection timing in the PHS system is improved and thereby a carrier wave in the DECT system is made detectable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】 PHS方式を採用した基地局と端末とから構成されるデジタルコードレス電話システムにおいて、基地局の通信エリア内に同一周波数帯域を使用する他の方式(DECT方式)のデジタルコードレス電話システムの無線機器が存在している場合に、PHSの運用に有害な電波干渉を避けることができるPHS無線通信装置を提供する。【解決手段】 PHS方式とDECT方式では無線の規格が異なり、DECT方式ではスロット内送信時間が異なるパケットが存在し、PHS方式の搬送波検知手段では検出不可能な場合がある。そのため、PHS方式の搬送波検知タイミングを改善しDECT方式の搬送波を検出可能とする。【選択図】 図2
