Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure for a grout material and a back-up material for a grout sealant that enable the grout sealant to be inserted into and fitted to a pile without a damage even when a gap between the pile and a sheath pipe is large, and eliminate a need to fill the grout material twice regardless of a size of the gap.SOLUTION: A sealing structure 100 for a grout material fixes a pile 1 with a sheath pipe 2 inserted externally onto the pile 1 with a grout material filled into a gap between the pile and the sheath pipe. The sealing structure includes: an elastic grout sealant 10 comprising a fixing part 20 fitted on an inner peripheral surface 2a of a sheath pipe 2, and a grout sealing part 30 for supporting the grout material and including a contacting part 32 extending from the fixing part 20 and inserted into and fitted to an outer peripheral surface 1a of the pile 1, being deformed elastically to come in contact with the outer peripheral surface 1a of the pile 1 for sealing; and a plurality of back-up materials 50 disposed radially below the fixing part 20, having a base edge part fitted on the sheath pipe 2, allowing changes in the gap between the pile 1 and the sheath pipe 2, having a distal end remaining in contact with a lower side the contacting part 32, and capable of supporting a load of the grout material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】杭と鞘管の遊間が大きくてもグラウトシール材の杭への挿着が損傷を招くことなく容易で、遊間の大きさにかかわらずグラウト材の充填を二度打設する必要のないグラウト材のシール構造およびグラウトシール材用のバックアップ材を提供する。【解決手段】グラウト材のシール構造100は、杭1と、杭1に外挿される鞘管2の遊間に充填されるグラウト材で固定するグラウト材のシール構造で、鞘管2の内周面2aに取り付ける固定部20と、固定部20に延設され杭1の外周面1aに挿着され弾性変形で杭1の外周面1aと接触しシールする接触部32を有しグラウト材を支持するグラウトシール部30とで弾性体のグラウトシール材10を構成し、固定部20より下側に放射状に複数配設され鞘管2に基端部を取り付け杭1と鞘管2の遊間の変動は許容し先端部が接触部32の下側で接触状態を保持しグラウト材の荷重を支持可能としたバックアップ材50で構成した。【選択図】図3
