Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen production system capable of suppressing deterioration in a catalyst during temperature rising.SOLUTION: Provided is a hydrogen production system 1 comprising: a dehydrogenation reaction part 10 where an organic halide R is contacted with a catalyst 12, and dehydrogenation for the organic halide R is caused to generate a hydrogen-containing fluid HT; a pressure rising part 52 for increasing the pressure of the hydrogen-containing fluid HM made to flow out from the hydrogen reaction part 10; a buffer tank 54 provided in the flow direction of the hydrogen-containing fluid Hf and also at the downstream side of the pressure rising part 52; and a recycle gas line 61 directly or indirectly introducing the hydrogen-containing fluid Hr in the buffer tank 54 into the dehydrogenation reaction part 10. In this way, before the dehydrogenation reaction of the organic hydride R is performed, the feed of the hydrogen Hr into the dehydrogenation reaction part 10 from the buffer tank 54 stored with the hydrogen Hr generated in the former is made possible, and deterioration in the catalyst 12 caused by hydrogen sufficiency can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】昇温中の触媒の劣化を抑制することができる水素製造システムを提供する。【解決手段】水素製造システム1は、有機ハイドライドRを触媒12に接触させて有機ハイドライドRの脱水素反応を行わせて水素を含む水素含有流体HTを生成する脱水素反応部10と、脱水素反応部10から流出された水素含有流体HMの圧力を上昇させる昇圧部52と、水素含有流体Hfの流れ方向で昇圧部52の下流側に設けられたバッファタンク54と、バッファタンク54内の水素含有流体Hrを直接又は間接的に脱水素反応部10に導くリサイクルガスライン61とを備える。而して、有機ハイドライドRの脱水素反応が行われる前に、前回生成された水素Hrが蓄えられているバッファタンク54から脱水素反応部10に水素Hrを供給することが可能になって、水素不足に起因する触媒12の劣化を抑制することが可能になる。【選択図】図1
