Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering column device which enables a lock plate to move facing a lock member without complicating the structure.SOLUTION: A steering column device is provided with: a lock plate 54 which is disposed on an outer peripheral surface of an upper jacket 4 and includes lock holes 54a continuously opening along a cylinder axis direction; a pair of stoppers 71 which contact with a lock member 56 and are erected from a cylinder axis direction end part of the lock plate 54 to the radial outer side so as to define a telescopic position adjustment range when the upper jacket 4 moves in the cylinder axis direction; and a guide member 72 made of a resin material and having a pair of guide rails 73 which are disposed on the lock plate 54 arranged parallel to each other along the cylinder axis direction and sandwich the lock member 56 from an axial direction of a lock support shaft 55.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】構造を複雑にすることなく、ロックプレートがロック部材に面して移動することができるステアリングコラム装置を提供する。【解決手段】アッパージャケット4の外周面に配設され、複数のロック孔54aが筒軸方向に沿って連続して開口するロックプレート54と、ロック部材56と当接し、アッパージャケット4が筒軸方向へ移動する際のテレスコ位置調整範囲を定めるために、ロックプレート54の筒軸方向の端部から径方向外側に立設される一対のストッパ71と、樹脂材からなり、ロックプレート54上に筒軸方向に沿って平行に配置され、ロック部材56をロック支持軸55の軸方向から挟持する一対のガイドレール73を有するガイド部材72と設ける。【選択図】図4
