Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lesion volume measurement method capable of easily detecting a volume of a lesion without using a special treatment instrument, as well as an endoscope diagnostic device therefor.SOLUTION: By using an endoscope mounted with a scope hood, the position of a tip of a scope hood is detected from an image imaged by the endoscope, a volume of an inner space of the scope hood formed by the scope hood and a tip face of an insertion part is grasped from the position of the tip of the scope hood and a model of the endoscope and/or a model of the scope hood, water is injected into the scope hood, and a volume of a lesion is detected from a difference between a water injection amount and the volume of the inner space of the scope hood.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】特別な処置具を用いることなく、病変部の体積を容易に検出できる病変部の体積測定方法および内視鏡診断装置を提供する。【解決手段】スコープフードを装着した内視鏡を用い、内視鏡が撮像した画像からスコープフードの先端部の位置を検出し、スコープフードの先端部の位置と、内視鏡の機種および/またはスコープフードの機種とから、スコープフードと挿入部の先端面とが形成するスコープフードの内部空間の体積を知見し、スコープフード内に注水して、注水量とスコープフードの内部空間の体積との差から、病変部の体積を検出することにより、この課題を解決する。【選択図】図2 |
