Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator structure which reduces costs and inhibits corrosion and rust development, and to provide a motor and a method.SOLUTION: A stator structure includes: a cylindrical frame in which a stator is disposed; a frame side plate; and a plate. The frame side plate is disposed in the frame so as not to protrude from an end part when viewed in a cylinder axis direction of the frame to hold the stator.
