Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat folding mechanism excellent in operability.SOLUTION: Folding means 3 linked between a reclining device 2 and an operation lever 31 is provided with a first link member 51, a second link member 43, and a third link member 32. By the combination of the operation lever 31 and the rocking of an arm member 12, the engagement/disengagement of the operation lever 31 and a first lever 22 and the engagement/disengagement of the second link member 41 and a stopper lever 42 are materialized.
