COATING METHOD OF BUMPER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating method of a bumper which can appropriately eliminate failure such as difference in coloring of a pair of side plate parts of a bumper and coating unevenness of a curved surface of a boundary area of the side plate part and a front plate at low cost.SOLUTION: As a coating order of a bumper B, a front plate part 1 is coated after both of a pair of side plate parts 2 are coated. In coating a curved surface 30 of a boundary area 3 of the side plate part 2 and the front plate part 1, and the pair of side plate parts 2, a path direction is approximately equal to a direction in which a ridge line of the curved surface 30 extends. In coating the front plate part 1, the path direction is approximately equal to a longitudinal direction of the front plate part 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】バンパの一対の側面板部に発色の違いが生じたり、側面板部と正面板部との境界領域の湾曲面に塗装ムラを生じるといった不具合を、低コストで適切に解消することが可能なバンパの塗装方法を提供する。【解決手段】バンパＢへの塗装順序は、一対の側面板部２の双方の塗装を終えた後に、正面板部１に塗装を行なう順序とし、側面板部２と正面板部１との境界領域３の湾曲面３０および一対の側面板部２の塗装は、パスの方向を湾曲面３０の稜線が延びる方向と略同一方向として行ない、正面板部１の塗装は、パスの方向を正面板部１の長手方向と略同一方向として行なう。【選択図】 図１
