The laser beam L is radiated to the lamp lens 3 and the pressure F is applied to the lamp lens 3 during welding, and the lamp lens 3 has a welded surface 32. The lamp housing 2 is supported by a receiving jig 5 during the welding and has a standing wall part 22, a welded surface 24, and a contact surface 25. 【課題】従来の車両用灯具では、溶着不良が発生する場合がある。【解決手段】この発明は、レーザー光Lを照射しながら圧力Fを加えることにより溶着されたランプハウジング2とランプレンズ3とを備える。ランプレンズ3は、溶着時にはレーザー光Lが照射されかつ圧力Fが加えられていて、溶着面32を有する。ランプハウジング2は、溶着時には受治具5に支持されていて、立壁部22と、溶着面24と、当接面25と、を有する。この結果、この発明は、溶着不良が発生するのを防ぐことができる。【選択図】 図1 |
