PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a record processing controller capable of effectively preventing erroneous writing onto a memory with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A record processing controller 2 is a record processing controller for controlling the recording processing by a recording device which includes: a control unit that operates with a first voltage supplied from one power source; a memory section that operates with a second voltage supplied from a power source which is different from the one power source to perform a series of record processing based on a clock signal and a data signal output from the control unit.
