Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient method of extracting scandium and lanthanoid usable in the mineral and industrial fields.SOLUTION: An acidic aqueous solution containing scandium and/or lanthanoid is brought into contact with an organic solvent in the presence of nitrilotriacetic acid triamide represented by the general formula (A) in the figure, so that the scandium and/or lanthanoid can be dissolved in the organic solvent and efficiently extracted.
