THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER COMPOSITION, MOLDED PRODUCT AND AIR BAG HOUSING COVER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition excellent in appearance, injection moldability, low-temperature impact resistance or the like, which are satisfactory for an uncoated air bag housing cover.SOLUTION: There is provided a thermoplastic elastomer composition obtained by dynamic heat treatment, in the presence of the following component (D), of a composition comprising the following components (A), (B) and (C), in which the content of (A) is 20 to 60 wt.%, the content of (B) is 30 to 50 wt.%, the content of (C) is 10 to 30 wt.% based on the total amount of (A), (B) and (C), and the ratio [the weight of (B)]/[the weight of (C)] is 1.3 to 5.0. In the composition, component (A) is a polypropylene-based resin; component (B) is an oil-extended ethylene-α-olefin-non-conjugated diene copolymer rubber having a Mooney viscosity (ML, 125°C) before oil extending of 50 to 150; component (C) is a non-oil-extended ethylene-α-olefin-non-conjugated diene copolymer rubber having a Mooney viscosity (ML, 125°C) of 50 to 100; and component (D) is an organic peroxide.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】無塗装のエアバッグ収納カバーとして満足される外観、射出成形性、低温耐衝撃性等に優れた熱可塑性エラストマー組成物を提供する。【解決手段】下記成分（Ａ）、成分（Ｂ）及び成分（Ｃ）を含み、成分（Ａ）、成分（Ｂ）及び成分（Ｃ）の合計量に対し、成分（Ａ）の含有量が２０〜６０重量％、成分（Ｂ）の含有量が３０〜５０重量％、成分（Ｃ）の含有量が１０〜３０重量％であり、かつ［成分（Ｂ）の重量］／［成分（Ｃ）の重量］が１．３〜５．０である組成物を下記成分（Ｄ）の存在下で動的熱処理して得られる熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。成分（Ａ）：ポリプロピレン系樹脂成分（Ｂ）：油展前ムーニー粘度（ＭＬ１＋４、１２５℃）が５０〜１５０である油展エチレン−α−オレフィン・非共役ジエン共重合体ゴム成分（Ｃ）：ムーニー粘度（ＭＬ１＋４、１２５℃）が５０〜１００である非油展エチレン−α−オレフィン・非共役ジエン共重合体ゴム成分（Ｄ）：有機過酸化物【選択図】なし
