Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproof component capable of preventing a compartment body from being damaged due to thermal expansion in a fire, and a fireproof structure of a building with the fireproof component.SOLUTION: A fireproof component 1 has a thermally expandable cylindrical body part 2 to be inserted into a through hole 12, having an insertion hole 20 in which at least one tube body 13 can be inserted, and a flange part 3 provided onto the body part 2 protruding outward from the outer peripheral surface to be brought into at least partial contact with the outer face of the compartment body 11. The flange part 3 has an outer shape in which a distance D1 from a central position O of the insertion hole 20 to a position closest to the central position O in the outer peripheral edge 31 is at least twice a distance D2 from the central position O to a position farthest from the central position O in a boundary 21 between the body part 2 and a side face of the flange part 3 to be in contact with the component body 11. 【課題】火災時に熱膨張した際に区画体が損傷することを防止できる防火具、及び、当該防火具を用いた建築物の防火構造体を提供する。【解決手段】防火具1は、熱膨張性を有するとともに少なくとも1本の管体13を挿通可能な挿通孔20を有し、貫通孔12に挿通される筒状の本体部2と、本体部2に外周面よりも外側に向かって突き出すように設けられ、少なくとも一部が区画体11の外面に当接されるフランジ部3とを備える。フランジ部3は、外周縁31のうち挿通孔20の中心位置Oに最も近い位置における前記中心位置Oからの距離D1が、本体部2のフランジ部3の区画体11と当接する側の面との境目21のうち前記中心位置Oに最も遠い位置における前記中心位置Oからの距離D2の2倍以上となる外形を有している。また、フランジ部3は、補強材4により補強されている。【選択図】図1 |
