Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection method of wires capable of connecting core lines of a plurality of wired or element lines of stranded wires constituting a core line of a wire in an excellent state in which secure conductivity is secured, a connection device, and a wire with a terminal.SOLUTION: When clamping a wire 1 placed on a wire disposition part 110 of a horn 11 in an ultrasonic welding device 10 with a movable guide 12 and an anvil plate 13, the wire is clamped in a state where a wire disposition direction D of the wire 1 is crossed with a crossing angle θ1 with respect to a vibration direction V of the horn 11, and then the wire is clamped with the horn 11 and an anvil 14. After then, core lines 2 of a plurality of wires 1 clamped with the horn 11 and the anvil 14 are welded with an ultrasonic wave by using an ultrasonic vibration generated from the horn 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】この発明は、複数の電線における芯線同士又は電線における芯線を構成する撚り線の素線同士を確実な導電性が確保される良好な状態に接続することができる電線の接続方法、接続装置、及び端子付き電線の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】超音波溶接装置10におけるホーン11の電線配置部110に載置された電線1を、可動式ガイド12及びアンビルプレート13で挟持する際に、電線1の電線配置方向Dをホーン11の振動方向Vに対して交差角度θ1に交差させた状態に挟持した後、ホーン11及びアンビル14で挟持する。この後、ホーン11から発振される超音波振動により、ホーン11とアンビル14とで挟持した複数の電線1における芯線2同士を超音波溶接する。【選択図】図3
