Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness enabling a heat-shrinkable tube to be bent even if a waterproofing treatment is applied by a heat-shrinkable tube at a routing part at which a wire group is required to be bent in a short distance, and allowing easy wiring, and also to provide a manufacturing method of the wire harness.SOLUTION: A wire harness includes a wire harness main body 2 having a shield wire 7 with a core wire 3 and a drain wire 4 exposed from a sheath 5 at a terminal and the sheath 5 exposed from an outer coat 6; and a heat-shrinkable tube 8 having an internal layer of hot melt applied from the terminal of the sheath 5 to the terminal of the outer coat 6. The heat-shrinkable tube 8 has a diameter reduced only at a first end portion 8a and a second end portion 8b of the sheath 5 so as to thermally close a gap within the sheath 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】短い距離で電線群を曲げることが必要な配索箇所で熱収縮性チューブにより止水処理を行っても熱収縮性チューブを曲げることができ、配索がしやすいワイヤハーネスおよびワイヤハーネスの製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】端末において、コア線3とドレン線4とがシース5から露出するとともに、シース5が外皮6から露出するシールド線7を有するワイヤハーネス本体2と、シース5の端末から外皮6の端末にかけて被されたホットメルトの内面層を有する熱収縮チューブ8と、を備え、熱収縮チューブ8は、シース5の第1の端部8aおよび第2の端部8bのみが、加熱によりシース5内の隙間を閉塞するよう縮径されている。【選択図】図1 |
