Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission that can be multi-staged and downsized.SOLUTION: The transmission comprises: a main shaft 13 in which each of an outer shaft 18 and an inner shaft 17 comprises a main gear group 14 and power to the outer shaft 18 and the inner shaft 17 is transmitted and blocked by a clutch 12; and a counter shaft 15 for supporting a counter gear group 16 which is meshed with the main groove groups 14. The transmission also comprises a gear connecting member 40 which is provided in the counter shaft 15, connects a first-speed counter gear c1 and a fourth-speed counter gear c4 to each other, and supports them freely rotatably with respect to the counter shaft 15. Power is output by a power transmission route Rsl through a first-speed main gear m1 which is supported by the inner shaft 17 to which the clutch 12 is connected, the first-speed counter gear c1 and the fourth-speed counter gear cc4 which are connected to each other by the gear connecting member 40, and a second-speed counter gear c2 which is integrally and movably supported by the counter shaft 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】変速装置を多段化でき、且つ、小型化できるようにする。【解決手段】外軸18及び内軸17のそれぞれにメインギア群14を備えるとともに、外軸18及び内軸17への動力がクラッチ12によって伝達及び遮断されるメイン軸13と、メインギア群14に噛み合うカウンタギア群16を支持するカウンタ軸15とを備える変速装置において、カウンタ軸15に設けられ、第1速カウンタギアc1と第4速カウンタギアc4を連結するとともにカウンタ軸15に対して回転自在に支持するギア連結部材40を備え、クラッチ12が接続された内軸17に支持された第1速メインギアm1、ギア連結部材40により連結された第1速カウンタギアc1及び第4速カウンタギアc4、及び、カウンタ軸15に一体回転可能に支持された第2速カウンタギアc2を介した動力伝達経路Rslによって動力が出力される。【選択図】図5
