PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stairway type apartment house having a sharing part for reducing an oppression feeling on the aboveground floor.SOLUTION: An apartment house comprises a stairway capable of going in and out to a plurality of dwelling units in at least one floor, and a straight staircase is arranged on the aboveground floor of the stairway, and turning-back stairs are arranged on the floor above the just above floor of the aboveground floor, and a handrail is provided on the straight staircase, and an open ceiling space is provided in an upper part of the straight staircase, and the stairway is provided with a first door part capable of going in and out of the outside on the aboveground floor, and is provided with a second door part of opening an upper part capable of going in and out of an outdoor sharing part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】圧迫感の少ない共用部を地上階に有する階段室型の集合住宅を提供する。【解決手段】少なくとも１つの階において複数の住戸に出入り可能な階段室を備え、階段室の地上階には直階段を配置し、地上階の直上階以上の階には折り返し階段を配置し、直階段には手摺を設け、直階段の上部に吹き抜け空間を設け、階段室は、地上階にて、外方から出入り可能な第１扉部を設け、屋外共用部から出入り可能な上方が開放された第２扉部を設けた。【選択図】図３
