PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition excellent in bleed-out resistance, flame retardancy, electric insulation properties, mechanical characteristics, and workability.SOLUTION: A resin composition contains a component (A): a polyolefin-based resin component, and a component (B): a compound having a structural unit represented by formula (1) and a weight average molecular weight of 800 to 30,000.
