PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide liposome formulations that stabilize polyphenol and to provide production methods thereof.SOLUTION: A formulation is made as liposomes, with acidic phospholipid, from an acidic solution containing: a compound represented by the following structural formula, and salts and glycosides thereof; scirpusin A, scirpusin B, scirpusin C, Rhapontigenin, isorhapontigenin, and astringin; as well as polyphenol selected from catechin, anthocyanidin, and salts and glycosides thereof.
