Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core utilized upon production of a castable tube, being a new core replaced for a split wooden die, a molding die, and a method for producing a castable tube.SOLUTION: Provided is a core 1 using a gap formed with the space of an outer frame when being inserted into the outer frame as a cavity and capable of molding a castable tube by flowing castable raw material into the cavity, comprising a core body 2 formed from a non-flexible material and an external layer body 3 formed from a flexible material and covering the outside circumferential face in accordance with the outside circumferential face 2a of the core body, and the core body and the external layer body are made separable. The method comprises: a step where the castable raw material is made to flow into the cavity; a step where, while the external layer body 3 is left at the inside of the castable tube solidified or cured with the castable raw material, the core body 2 and the external layer body 3 are separated; and a step where the external layer body 3 is peeled from the inner tube of the castable tube to separate the castable tube and the external layer body 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】キャスタブル管を製造するに際に利用される中子であって、分割木型に変わる新たな中子、成形型及びキャスタブル管の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】中子1は外枠に挿通した場合に外枠との間に形成される間隙をキャビティとし、キャビティにキャスタブル原料を流し込むことでキャスタブル管を成形できる中子であって、非可撓性材料から形成された芯体2と、可撓性材料から形成されるとともに、芯体の外側周面2aに追従して外側周面を被覆する外層体3と、を備え、芯体と外層体とが分離可能とされている。本方法は、キャビティにキャスタブル原料を流し込む工程と、キャスタブル原料が固化又は硬化されたキャスタブル管内に外層体3を残存させつつ、芯体2と外層体3とを分離する工程と、キャスタブル管の内壁から外層体3を引き剥がして、キャスタブル管と外層体3とを分離する工程とを備える。【選択図】図1
