PRODUCTION METHOD OF TONER FOR ELECTROSTATIC CHARGE IMAGE DEVELOPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a toner for electrostatic charge image development, by which circularity of toner particles is promoted in an ageing step to improve solidification property, and thereby a toner excellent in environmental resistance can be obtained.SOLUTION: The production method of a toner for electrostatic charge image development includes: an emulsion polymerization step of polymerizing a monomer by an emulsion polymerization process to produce a dispersion containing polymer primary particles comprising a binder resin and wax; an aggregation step of aggregating the polymer primary particles and a colorant to produce a dispersion comprising particle aggregates; an ageing step of fusing the particle aggregates to produce a dispersion comprising toner base particles; and a cleaning and/or drying step of cleaning and/or drying the toner base particles.
