Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyethylene resin for a resin filler pipe which is excellent in draw-down resistance during blow molding and moldability such as dischargeability during extrusion molding and excellent in balance between vibration durability and long-term durability of a product.SOLUTION: There is provided a polyethylene for a resin filler pipe which satisfies characteristics (1) to (5) such as specific density, HLMFR, Mw/Mn, molecular weight component ratio. Characteristic (1): The density is 0.930 to 0.950 g/cm. Characteristic (2): The HLMFR is 10 to 37 g/10 min. Characteristic (3): The ratio (Mw/Mn) between Mw and Mn as determined by GPC is more than 7.0 and 20.0 or less. Characteristic (4): The ratio of the detection area of a component having a molecular weight of 10000 or less to the detection area of the whole polyethylene as determined by GPC is 10% or more and 17% or less. Characteristic (5): The ratio of the detection area of a component having a molecular weight of 500000 or more to the detection area of the whole polyethylene as determined by GPC is 10% or more and 18% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】ブロー成形時の耐ドローダウン性や押出し成形時の吐出性等に優れ、しかも製品の振動耐久性や長期耐久性のバランスに優れた樹脂製フィラーパイプ用ポリエチレン樹脂の提供。【解決手段】特定の密度、HLMFR、Mw/Mn、分子量成分の割合などの特性(1)〜(5)を満たすフィラーパイプ用ポリエチレン。特性(1)密度が0.930〜0.950g/cm3である。特性(2)HLMFRが10〜37g/10分である。特性(3)GPCにより求められるMwとMnの比(Mw/Mn)が7.0を超え20.0以下である。特性(4)GPCにより測定され、ポリエチレン全体の検出面積に対する分子量10,000以下の成分の検出面積の割合が10%以上17%以下である。特性(5)GPCにより測定され、ポリエチレン全体の検出面積に対する分子量500,000以上の成分の検出面積の割合が10%以上18%以下である。【選択図】なし |
