Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter molded body which, even if lengthened, can be easily removed from a mold and can suppress surface curling generated when removed from the mold.SOLUTION: A metal mold 2 is used which comprises a side mold 3 formed into a cylindrical shape and having, on at least a part in the cylindrical axis direction of its inner surface, a tapered surface 3a inclined with respect to a predetermined linear direction along the cylindrical axis direction to narrow toward one side of the linear direction, a first end mold 5 arranged on the one side of the linear direction of the side mold 3, and a second end mold 7 arranged on the other side of the linear direction of the side mold 3, and in which a cavity 2a for forming a filter molded body 1 is formed by a part including at least the tapered surface 3a of the inner surface of the side mold 3, the first end mold 5, and the second end mold 7. After the filter molded body 1 is formed in the metal mold 2, the filter molded body 1 is pressed from the one side of the linear direction of the side mold 3 to the other side of the linear direction to be removed from the side mold 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】たとえフィルター成形体を長尺化しても、フィルター成形体を容易に脱型できると共に、脱型時に生じる表面捲れを抑制できるフィルター成形体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】筒状に形成されており、その内面の筒軸方向の少なくとも一部分に、筒軸方向に沿った所定の直線方向に対して傾斜して前記直線方向の一方側に向かって窄まるテーパー面3aを有する側型3と、側型3の直線方向の一方側に配置される第1端型5と、側型3の前記直線方向の他方側に配置される第2端型7とを備えており、側型3の内面の少なくともテーパー面3aを含む部分と第1端型5と第2端型7によって、フィルター成形体1を成形するキャビティ2aが形成される金型2を使用する。金型2内でフィルター成形体1を成形した後、側型3の前記直線方向の一方側からフィルター成形体1を前記直線方向の他方側に押圧してフィルター成形体1を側型3から脱型する。【選択図】図4 |
