Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method and a production facility which are capable of efficiently producing paramylum.SOLUTION: There is provided a paramylum production method in which components other than paramylum are separated and removed from genus euglena microalgae (euglena) containing paramylum to obtain algae-derived paramylum, in which a first process of cooling a culture tank 11 for culturing the genus euglena microalgae by cooling water after thermally sterilizing the tank; and a second process of removing protein and lipid from the microalgae cultured in the culture tank 11 are executed. Removal of protein in the second process is executed by producing liquid mixture in a heated state containing protein removal liquid for removing protein from the microalgae and the microalgae 12, and separating protein removal liquid containing protein as protein separation liquid from the liquid mixture, and heat is recovered from at least one of the liquid mixture in a heated state, the protein separation liquid separated from the liquid mixture, and cooling water after use for cooling the culture tank in the first process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】パラミロンを効率良く製造し得る製造方法及び製造設備の提供。【解決手段】パラミロンを含むユーグレナ属微細藻類(ミドリムシ)からパラミロン以外の成分を分離除去して藻類由来のパラミロンを得るパラミロン製造方法であって、前記ユーグレナ属微細藻類を培養するための培養槽11を加熱殺菌した後に冷却水で冷却する第1の工程、及び、培養槽11で培養された前記微細藻類から蛋白質及び脂質を除去する第2の工程、を実施し、該第2の工程での蛋白質の除去は、該微細藻類から蛋白質を除去するための蛋白質除去液と該微細藻類12とを含む加熱状態の混合液を作製し、蛋白質を含んだ蛋白質除去液を蛋白質分離液として前記混合液から分離することによって実施し、加熱状態の前記混合液、該混合液から分離された前記蛋白質分離液、及び、第1の工程で培養槽の冷却に用いられた後の冷却水の内の少なくとも1つから熱回収を実施するパラミロン製造方法。【選択図】図1 |
