Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent toner density from falling by preventing transition of a toner image carried on an image carrier surface to a conductive part.SOLUTION: An image formation device 100 according to the present invention comprises: an image carrier 404 that has a toner image T1 carried on an image carrier surface 404a; and an opposing member 63 in which a conductive part 632 is arranged to oppose the image carrier surface 404a, and at least a part of the conductive part is grounded.
