Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a wide ventilation area, and joint a plurality of plates airtightly.SOLUTION: In a heat transfer member 30, flow passages T1, T2 in which refrigerant circulates, and a storage space T3 storing a cold storage material are aligned in a flow direction of outside air. The heat transfer member 30 includes plates C1, C3 for flow passage formation, and a plate C2 for storage space formation. One end parts of the plates C1, C3 for flow passage formation are fitted to the plate C2 for storage space formation with brazing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】通風面積を広く確保するとともに、複数の板材を気密に接合する。【解決手段】伝熱部材３０には、冷媒が流通する流通路Ｔ１、Ｔ２と、蓄冷材を収容する収容空間Ｔ３とが外部空気の流れ方向に並ぶように設けられている。伝熱部材３０は、流通路形成用板材Ｃ１、Ｃ３と、収容空間形成用板材Ｃ２とを備えている。流通路形成用板材Ｃ１、Ｃ３の一端部は、収容空間形成用板材Ｃ２に嵌合してろう付けされている。【選択図】図６
