Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying device capable of, when the conveyance of a continuous sheet is stopped, suppressing excessive temperature rise of the continuous sheet in a drying part.SOLUTION: A drying device 30 comprises: a drying part 32 which vaporizes by a heating part 38 the water content of liquid droplets discharged on a conveyed continuous sheet P to dry the continuous sheet P, the heating part using infrared rays for heating, an air blowing part 26 for forming an airflow along the conveyance direction of the continuous sheet P in the drying part 32; two partition plates 40 provided between the heating part 38 and the continuous sheet P in the drying part 32 and configured such that the spacing between the two partition plates is changeable; an injection part 50 for injecting carbon dioxide between the two partition plates 40 to fill the space between the partition plates with the carbon dioxide; and a recovery part 60 for recovering the carbon dioxide filled between the two partition plates 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】連帳紙の搬送が停止したときに、乾燥部内に存在する連帳紙が過度に昇温するのを抑制できる乾燥装置を得る。【解決手段】赤外線で加熱する加熱部38により、搬送される連帳紙P上に吐出されている液滴の水分を蒸発させて連帳紙Pを乾燥させる乾燥部32と、乾燥部32の内部に連帳紙Pの搬送方向に沿った空気流を形成する送風部26と、乾燥部32の内部で、かつ加熱部38と連帳紙Pとの間に設けられ、間隔を変更可能に構成された2枚の仕切板40と、2枚の仕切板40の間に二酸化炭素を噴射して充満させる噴射部50と、2枚の仕切板40の間に充満された二酸化炭素を回収する回収部60と、を備えた乾燥装置30とする。【選択図】図2 |
