Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus or the like for treating water to be treated which can treat both first water to be treated containing ammonia and second water to be treated containing TMAH, and whose installation area can be made smaller, and whose operation management can be facilitated.SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for treating water to be treated is provided for treating cleaning waste water W1 containing ammonia and development waste water W2 containing tetramethylammonium hydroxide (TMAH). The apparatus 1 comprises: a nitrifying unit 200 which oxidizes ammonia contained in the cleaning waste water W1 into nitrite nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen using nitrifying bacteria containing ammonia oxidation bacteria; and a denitrifying unit 500 which denitrifies nitrite nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen contained in cleaning waste water W1' which is treated by the nitrifying unit 200, using TMAH contained in the development waste water W2 as a hydrogen donor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】アンモニアを含む第1の被処理水と、TMAHを含む第2の被処理水とをともに処理することができ、設置面積が小さくなりやすく、運転管理も容易になりやすい被処理水の処理装置等を提供する。【解決手段】アンモニアを含む洗浄排水W1および水酸化テトラメチルアンモニウム(TMAH)を含む現像排水W2を処理するための被処理水の処理装置であって、洗浄排水W1に含まれるアンモニアを、アンモニア酸化細菌を含む硝化細菌を用いて亜硝酸性窒素および硝酸性窒素に酸化する硝化ユニット200と、硝化ユニット200により処理された洗浄排水W1'に含まれる亜硝酸性窒素および硝酸性窒素を現像排水W2に含まれるTMAHを水素供与体として使用し脱窒する脱窒ユニット500と、を備えることを特徴とする被処理水の処理装置1。【選択図】図1 |
