Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device and a heat exchange device that concentrate heating on a wound tube of a heat exchanger, and control a setting temperature of a contact part of the wound tube and the heating device so as to enhance heating efficiency.SOLUTION: A heat exchange device includes a heat exchanger 11 and a heating device 21. The heat exchanger 11 and the heating device 21 are both roughly circular doughnut-shaped or roughly circular-shaped when seen from an upper U side. The diameter of the heat exchanger 11 is formed to be substantially the same as the diameter of the heating device 21. The heating device 21 has a roughly planar heating part 23 on a surface opposite to the surface where it contacts the heat exchanger 11, and a temperature sensor TS is disposed at a contact part CP between the heating device 21 and the heat exchanger 11. A temperature control device TC is connected to the temperature sensor TS to control the setting temperature of liquid circulating in the heat exchanger 11 at a position of the contact part CP.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】熱交換器の巻回チューブに加温を集中し、巻回チューブと加温器の接触部分の設定温度を制御して、加温効率を高めることができる加温器及び熱交換装置に関する。【解決手段】熱交換装置は、熱交換器11と加温器21を有する。熱交換器11と加温器21は、双方とも上部U側から見た形態が略円形ドーナツ状または略円形状を有する。熱交換器11の直径は、加温器21の直径と実質的に同じに形成している。加温器21は、熱交換器11と接触する反対側の面に、略平面状の加温部23を装着し、加温器21と熱交換器11との接触部CPの間に温度センサーTSを配置している。 当該温度センサーTSに温度制御装置TCを接続し、接触部CPの位置で、熱交換器11の中を流通する液体の設定温度を制御する。【選択図】図5 |
