Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal heating element and a heat generation structure capable of heating an object to be treated at higher temperature and in a short time and having a long life and high degree of freedom in molding by suppressing permanent expansion.SOLUTION: The entire metal heating element is formed in a hollow streak shape by winding a long-shaped metallic flat sheet in a spiral shape, a vertical cross-sectional diameter with respect to a longitudinal direction is 0.5 to 5 times of breadth of the metallic flat sheet, is 8 to 27 times of thickness of the metallic flat sheet, and is 20 to 35 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】より高温でかつ短時間に被処理物を加熱し得るとともに永久膨張を抑制し、長寿命で成形の自由度の高い金属発熱体および発熱構造体を提供する。【解決手段】長尺状の金属製平板を螺旋状に巻回することにより全体が中空線条化されてなり、長手方向に対する垂直断面直径が、前記金属製平板の横幅の0.5〜5倍であるとともに前記金属製平板の厚みの8〜27倍であり、かつ20〜35mmであることを特徴とする金属発熱体である。【選択図】図1
