【課題】より高温でかつ短時間に被処理物を加熱し得るとともに永久膨張を抑制し、長寿命で成形の自由度の高い金属発熱体および発熱構造体を提供する。【解決手段】長尺状の金属製平板を螺旋状に巻回することにより全体が中空線条化されてなり、長手方向に対する垂直断面直径が、前記金属製平板の横幅の０．５〜５倍であるとともに前記金属製平板の厚みの８〜２７倍であり、かつ２０〜３５ｍｍであることを特徴とする金属発熱体である。【選択図】図１ |
