Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar heating element, constituted of a plurality of base materials, capable of handling a function required in accordance with a shape of a place where each base material is disposed and a usage.SOLUTION: A planar heating element 10 includes: a plurality of integrally connected planar base materials 11A, 11B and 11C; an integrally connected heating wire 12 provided on all the base materials; and a connector 13 mounted by being conductively connected to the heating wire 12 on one of the base materials, for supplying power.
