Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column base junction structure for a building having a plurality of layers, the column base junction structure having a flexural capacity reduced in order to avoid stress concentration on the undermost layer and having other capacities whose reduction is suppressed.SOLUTION: A column base junction structure (2) for a building having a plurality of layers comprises: a base structure (4) of reinforced concrete construction; and a column (6) of reinforced concrete construction, that is erected on the base structure. The column includes: a first column reinforcement (18) that is connected to the base structure and extends in the vertical direction; and a second column reinforcement (20) that is not connected to the base structure and extends in the vertical direction. A plate (22) is disposed between the top surface of the base structure and the bottom surface of the column. Separation by the plate at concrete part between the base structure and the column prevents cracking from propagating.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】最下層への応力集中を回避するために曲げ耐力を減少させ、かつ他の耐力の減少が抑制された複数層を有する建築物の柱脚接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】複数層を有する建築物の柱脚接合構造(2)は、鉄筋コンクリート造の基礎構造物(4)と、基礎梁構造物に立設された鉄筋コンクリート造の柱(6)とを備える。柱は、基礎構造物に連結されて鉛直方向に延在する第1柱筋(18)及び基礎構造物に連結されずに鉛直方向に延在する第2柱筋(20)を有する。プレート(22)が、基礎構造物の上面及び柱の下面間に配置される。基礎構造物及び柱間のコンクリート部分において、プレートで縁が切られているため、ひび割れの伝播が防止される。【選択図】図1 |
