BELT FOR INGUINAL HERNIA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt for inguinal hernia, which is easy to vary a pressurizing force according to a symptom and which has superior handleability.SOLUTION: An abdominal faceplate 3 is fastened on the hypogastrium of a patient with a waist belt 10 which is wrapped around the waist and with crotch belts 21, 22 which are connected to the waist belt 10 in the back of the patient through the crotch. The abdominal faceplate 3 widely covers the hypogastrium including the inguinal part and is able to deal with an affected part left or right. Inside the abdominal faceplate 3, a pressing pad 4 for pressing the affected part is stuck adjustably to the affected position using a magic tape (registered trademark). The pressing pad 4 is made like a bag and has a structure in which one or more sponge plates are arranged inside. With the thickness and hardness changed of the sponge plate inside, the range and intensity of the pressing force can be varied according to the symptom and the taste of a patient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】症状に合わせて押圧力を変更しやすく、使い勝手の良い鼠径ヘルニア用ベルトを提供する。【解決手段】腰に巻き付けたウェストベルト１０と、股下を通して患者の背部でウェストベルト１０に繋がれる股下ベルト２１，２２によって腹部面板４を患者の下腹部に固定する。腹部面板３は鼠径部を含む下腹部を広く覆っており、患部が左右どちらに有っても対応できる。腹部面板３の内側に患部を押圧する押さえパッド４をマジックテープ（登録商標）で、患部の位置に合わせて接着する。押さえパッド４は袋状に作り、内部に一つ以上のスポンジ板を配置した構造であり、内部のスポンジ板の厚み、硬度を変えることで、症状や患者の好みに合わせて押圧力の範囲や強さを変えることができる。【選択図】図１
