FLEXIBLE HOSE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible hose which can attain high performance and low cost and which is also pleasing in appearance.SOLUTION: This is a flexible hose in which a hose wall 10 is formed by spirally winding resin belt-like bodies 11, 41 and by fusion integrating the ends 12, 42 of the preceding resin belt-like bodies 11, 41 with those 12, 42 of the succeeding ones 11, 41. The resin belt-like bodies 11, 41 includes: internal resin layers 13, 43; and external resin layers 14, 44 which are made a physical property different from the internal resin layers 13, 43 and which enclose the internal resin layers 13, 43. The fusion parts of the ends 12, 42 of the preceding resin belt-like bodies 11, 41 with those 12, 42 of the succeeding ones 11, 41 are the external resin layers 14, 44 over the entirety in the thickness direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】高性能化や低コスト化を図ることが可能で、且つ見栄えも良好な可撓性ホースを提供する。【解決手段】樹脂帯状体１１、４１を螺旋巻回し、先行する樹脂帯状体１１、４１の端部１２、４２と後続の樹脂帯状体１１、４１の端部１２、４２とを融着一体化することでホース壁１０を形成する可撓性ホースであって、樹脂帯状体１１、４１は、内部樹脂層１３、４３と、この内部樹脂層１３、４３と異なる物性とされ、内部樹脂層１３、４３を包み込む外部樹脂層１４、４４とを有し、先行する樹脂帯状体１１、４１の端部１２、４２と後続の樹脂帯状体１１、４１の端部１２、４２との融着部分は、厚み方向全体に亘り外部樹脂層１４、４４となっている。【選択図】図１
