POSITIONING STRUCTURE OF COMPONENT IN VEHICULAR LIGHTING FIXTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning structure of a component in a vehicular lighting fixture capable of performing positioning of a plurality of components correctly, while molding the components without using a slide mold.SOLUTION: Positioning ribs 13a, 13b are provided in a protrusive manner at upper and lower parts of an inner lens (first component) 13. Receiving parts 14a, 14b are formed at upper and lower parts of a bracket (second component) 14. The positioning rib 13b on the lower side of the inner lens 13 is held from a front-and-back direction by a step part 14d of the receiving part 14b on the lower side of the bracket 14 and an end surface of an extension (third component) 15. Positioning ribs 14c provided in a protrusive manner on the left and right of the receiving part 14b on the lower side of the bracket 14 are brought into contact with an end part lower surface of the extension 15. Positioning ribs 15a provided in a protrusive manner on the left and right of the end part of the extension 15 are fitted in the receiving part 14b on the lower side of the bracket 14, and by the positioning ribs 15a, the positioning rib 13b on the lower side of the inner lens 13 is held from a left-and-right direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】スライド金型を用いることなく部品を成形しつつ、複数の部品を正確に位置決めすることができる車両用灯具における部品の位置決め構造を提供すること。【解決手段】インナレンズ（第１部品）１３の上下に位置決めリブ１３ａ，１３ｂを突設し、ブラケット（第２部品）１４の上下に受け部１４ａ，１４ｂを形成し、インナレンズ１３の下側の位置決めリブ１３ｂを、ブラケット１４の下側の受け部１４ｂの段部１４ｄとエクステンション（第３部品）１５の端面によって前後方向から挟持し、ブラケット１４の下側の受け部１４ｂの左右に突設された位置決めリブ１４ｃをエクステンション１５の端部下面に当接させ、エクステンション１５の端部の左右に突設された位置決めリブ１５ａをブラケット１４の下側の受け部１４ｂに嵌め込んで、該位置決めリブ１５ａによってインナレンズ１３の下側の位置決めリブ１３ｂを左右方向から挟持する。【選択図】図４
