SCROLL COMPRESSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor having a bypass port suited for an asymmetric scroll compressor while suppressing an excessive compression by providing many bypass mechanisms in a compression chamber having a large capacity or capacity ratio in an asymmetric scroll compressor.SOLUTION: An asymmetric scroll compressor forms compression chambers made to have closing capacities in two directions by meshing a stationary scroll 1, in which helical basic blades are raised on an end plate, and a swirling scroll 2, in which helical basic blades are raised on an end plate. In the asymmetric scroll compressor, many bypass mechanisms are disposed in a compression chamber having a larger closing capacity than a compression chamber having a smaller closing capacity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】非対称スクロール圧縮機において容積または容積比の大きい圧縮室に多くのバイパス機構を設けることで過圧縮を抑制し、非対称スクロール圧縮機に適したバイパスポートを備えるスクロール圧縮機を提供する。【解決手段】渦巻き状の基本羽根が鏡板上に立ち上がった固定スクロール１と渦巻き状の基本羽根が鏡板上に立ち上がった旋回スクロール２とを噛み合わせることにより双方向に閉じ込み容積が異なる圧縮室を形成する非対称スクロール圧縮機であって、閉じ込み容積が小さい圧縮室よりも閉じ込み容積の大きい圧縮室に多くのバイパス機構が設けられているスクロール圧縮機を提供する。【選択図】図２
