Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rupture splitting device capable of quick rupture, while maintaining an excellent work environment.SOLUTION: In Fig.(b), a third port 51 is closed, and compressed air is injected from a fourth port 54 in this state. Since the pressure receiving area of an upper surface of a flange part 37 is remarkably larger than the pressure receiving area of an undersurface of the flange part 37, a free piston 38 lowers based on a difference in the pressure receiving area. Then, in Fig.(c), a large quantity of compressed air stored in a chamber 59 enters all the way into an upper surface of the flange part 37, and energizes the free piston 38 downward. The free piston 38 collides with a piston 31 by moving at a high speed. Then, impact force instantly pulls down a wedge 17, and as a result, a large end part 13 is ruptured and separated.EFFECT: The free piston and the piston are stored in a cylinder, and a collision sound is cut off by the cylinder. Thus, the collision sound does not deteriorate a work environment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】良好な作業環境を維持しつつ、迅速な破断が可能な破断分割装置を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】図(b)にて、第3ポート51を閉鎖し、この状態で第4ポート54から圧縮空気を注入する。鍔部37の下面の受圧面積よりも鍔部37の上面の受圧面積が格段に大きいため、フリーピストン38は受圧面積の差に基づいて下がる。すると、図(c)にて、チャンバー59に蓄えてあった大量の圧縮空気が鍔部37の上面に回り込み、フリーピストン38を下方へ付勢する。フリーピストン38は高速で移動しピストン31に衝突する。すると、衝撃力が楔17を瞬時に引き下げ、結果、大端部13が破断され分離される。【効果】フリーピストン及びピストンは、シリンダに収納され、衝突音はシリンダで遮断される。よって、衝突音が作業環境を悪化することはない。【選択図】図4
