Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a substrate with a coated film which can thicken the coated film efficiently and hardly causes cracking or film-stripping even when the coated film is thickened, regarding a method for forming the coated film made of inorganic material on the substrate.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a substrate with a coated film includes a process of spraying coating liquid which comprises inorganic particles, alkoxysilane hydrolysate and liquid medium onto the substrate retained at a temperature of 200 to 650°C. Therein, an average aggregated particle size of the inorganic particles is less than 100 nm and the liquid medium includes at least one side of polyfunctional hydroxyl group-containing compound and water.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】基板上に無機材料からなる塗膜を形成する方法であって、塗膜を効率良く厚膜化することができ、塗膜の膜厚が大きくなってもクラックまたは膜剥がれが生じ難い、塗膜付き基板の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】無機粒子、アルコキシシラン加水分解物、および液状媒体を含むコーティング液を、200〜650℃に保持された基板に噴霧する工程を有し、前記無機粒子の平均凝集粒子径が100nm未満であり、前記液状媒体が多価水酸基含有化合物および水の少なくとも一方を含む、塗膜付き基板の製造方法。【選択図】なし |
