Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a medical material maintaining the original characteristics of polyanionic polysaccharide as raw material, further, high in safety since the use of a chemical crosslinking agent is not needed and also having suitable flexibility and elasticity.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a medical material comprising a process where a raw material molded body made of raw material containing the water soluble salt of polyanionic polysaccharide and glycerin is treated with a treatment liquid including an acid anhydride, and the raw material molded body is subjected to water insolubilization.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】原料であるポリアニオン性多糖類本来の特性が保持されているとともに、化学架橋剤を用いる必要がないため安全性が高く、かつ、適度な柔軟性及び伸縮性を有する医療用材料を製造する方法を提供する。【解決手段】ポリアニオン性多糖類の水溶性塩及びグリセリンを含有する原材料からなる原料成形体を、酸無水物を含む処理液で処理し、原料成形体を水不溶化させる工程を有する医療用材料の製造方法である。【選択図】なし
