WIRE HARNESS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness manufacturing method and manufacturing apparatus that has less work mistake including the mounting mistake of an assembly jig for supporting a wire and wire harness.SOLUTION: Provided is a wire harness manufacturing apparatus 1 including: a screen 2; projection means 50 for projecting a projection image from a rear surface 2b side of the screen 2; storage means for storing projection image data corresponding to a wire harness assembly step; and a control unit 57, based on the projection image data, for controlling the projection means 50 to switch the projection image in response to a progress of the assembly step and project the image on the screen 2, and in which the projection image data includes a jig image exhibiting a position of an assembly jig that can be sucked on a surface 2a of the screen 2 by negative pressure or magnetic force and support a wire harness, or wires constituting the wire harness.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】電線やワイヤーハーネスを支持する組立用治具の取付ミスを含む作業ミスの少ないワイヤーハーネスの製造方法及び製造装置を提供する。【解決手段】ワイヤーハーネス製造装置１は、スクリーン２と、スクリーン２の裏面２ｂ側から投影画像を投影する投影手段５０と、ワイヤーハーネスの組立工程に対応した投影画像データを記憶する記憶手段と、投影画像データに基づいて、組立工程の進行に応じて投影画像を切り替えてスクリーン２に投影するように投影手段５０を制御する制御部５７とを備え、投影画像データは、スクリーン２の表面２ａに負圧又は磁力によって吸着可能であって、ワイヤーハーネス、又はワイヤーハーネスを構成する電線を支持する組立用治具の位置を示す治具画像を含む。【選択図】図１
