Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging brush that can maintain high charge injection efficiency stably over time.SOLUTION: There is provided a charging brush comprising a conductive substrate and a conductive fiber electrically connected to the substrate, where the conductive fiber is a conductive area where an area at a depth of at least 100 nm to the center from the surface of the conductive fiber includes a binder resin 122 and conductive filler 121. A conductive area on the leading end 110-2 separated from the substrate of the conductive fiber further includes a conductive material 123 different from the conductive filler 121, and is a high-conductive area 110-2 that has a lower wire resistance than that of a conductive area 110-1 close to the substrate of the conductive fiber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】経時的に安定して高い電荷注入効率を持続することが可能な帯電ブラシを提供する。
