Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration device capable of suppressing damage of a slide part caused by a low viscosity refrigerating machine oil which is diluted by a refrigerant being supplied to the slide part of a compressor.SOLUTION: A refrigeration device incudes: a scroll compressor 111; an oil separator 112; a first throttle part 113; a heat exchanger 114; and an oil supply part. The scroll compressor 111 has: a compression chamber in which a refrigerant is compressed; and a slide part to which a refrigerating machine oil is supplied. In the oil separator 112, the refrigerating machine oil supplied to the slide part is stored. The first throttle part 113 decompresses the refrigerating machine oil stored in the oil separator 112. The heat exchanger 114 heats the refrigerating machine oil decompressed in the first throttle part 113 by the heat of the refrigerant compressed in the compression chamber. The oil supply part supplies the refrigerating machine oil which is heated in the heat exchanger 114 and in which at least one part of the refrigerant mixed in the refrigerating machine oil is evaporated and removed to the scroll compressor 111.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】圧縮機の摺動部に、冷媒で希釈された低粘度の冷凍機油が供給されることによる摺動部の損傷を抑制することができる冷凍装置を提供する。【解決手段】冷凍装置は、スクロール圧縮機111と、油分離器112と、第1絞り部113と、熱交換器114と、油供給部とを備える。スクロール圧縮機111は、冷媒が圧縮される圧縮室と、冷凍機油が供給される摺動部とを有する。油分離器112では、摺動部に供給された冷凍機油が貯留される。第1絞り部113は、油分離器112に貯留された冷凍機油を減圧する。熱交換器114は、第1絞り部113によって減圧された冷凍機油を、圧縮室で圧縮された冷媒の熱によって加熱する。油供給部は、熱交換器114で加熱されて、冷凍機油に混ざっていた冷媒の少なくとも一部が蒸発して取り除かれた冷凍機油をスクロール圧縮機111に供給する。【選択図】図2 |
