Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve lubricating performance without reducing any manufacturability and without increasing cost.SOLUTION: A flow passage constituting part 22 of an oil garter 20 is constituted in such a way that a section shape perpendicular to a longitudinal direction is an inverted-T shape by a vertical wall 32 and a lateral wall 34 connected in crossing relation to the vertical wall 32. Then, when the oil garter 20 is fixed to a cylindrical part 82a of a case main body 82, a lower end of a lower wall 35 of the vertical wall 32 is abutted against a step part 83a of the cylindrical part 82a and at the same time the extremity end of the lateral wall 34 is abutted against an inner wall surface 83 of the cylindrical part 82a. With this arrangement as above, it is possible to realize a forced lubricant oil flowing under an effective utilization of pressure generated by gear scraping without forming the oil garter into a tubular shape. As a result, it is possible to improve manufacturability of the oil garter and lubrication performance without increasing cost.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 【課題】製造性の低下およびコスト増加を招くことなく潤滑性能の向上を図ること。
